An English summary of the terms for using Linkable. The legally binding version is the Swedish one.
The service
Linkable is a B2B matching platform for construction and civil engineering capacity in Sweden. The platform is for companies only.
Our role
Linkable introduces clients and suppliers. The assignment agreement, including scope, rates, insurance and work environment responsibilities, is entered into between those two companies. Linkable is not the employer of the supplier's staff.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate company information, hold the permits, insurance and certifications your work requires, and comply with applicable Swedish law and collective agreements.
Liability
Linkable is not liable for the performance, delays or damages arising from an assignment agreed between two member companies.
